Arrival: Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and preparation.

Late arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We request you to inform us at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Payments:

• Full payment is required at the time of service.
• We accept Cash, Credit/Debit cards, Bank to bank transaction, UPI, Paytm, QR, American Express and gift vouchers. Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of use.

Etiquette:

• To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we request that mobile phones be kept on silent mode.
• Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited within the spa premises.
• Respect for other guests and staff is mandatory.

Gift Vouchers:

• Gift vouchers are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
• Lost or expired vouchers will not be reissued.

Billing :

• No billing or service without GST
• After the billing the service is not changeable

No Refund

No cancellation but the slot will be rescheduled able
